Grand Entry

Feel like royalty inside the majestic home with décor a cross between Victorian Elegance and Hollywood Regency. The grand entry room is positioned with a central floor-to-ceiling, antiqued fireplace and balanced by vintage, crystal chandeliers overlooking the parlor and dining room. The parlor is decorated with pristine Queen Victorian furniture encouraging guests to share their stories amidst those of days-gone-by. The grand dining table is elegantly set for 12 to dine on priceless China, drink from crystal goblets, and eat with gold utensils designed for the most esteemed guests.

Living Room

The living room features a beautiful Hollywood glam couch, designed in the 1920s and purposed to look great on camera and while entertaining. In the backdrop, an oversized harp sits quietly beckoning a trained harpist to entertain the honored guests. In case visitors want to watch a movie or binge on a missed show, the fireplace illuminates a large TV in the center of the living room.

Spacious Kitchen

The kitchen is anchored by a center island large enough to seat 9 guests with room leftover to display desserts or appetizers. The Wolf appliances equip even the least experienced chef to create memorable meals. The large, walk-in pantry provides plenty of room for food and drinks without clutter in the kitchen, and the huge icemaker ensures enough nugget ice to keep everyone’s beverage perfectly chilled.

Master Suite

The Master Suite will not disappoint. The royal “King and Queen” are invited to slumber in the king-size, “Royal Bed” dressed in linen with hand-stitched, golden embroidery. In the Master bath, the clawfoot tub invites the Queen’s bubble bath accompanied with a glass of wine underneath a perfectly appointed crystal chandelier.

Additional Bedrooms

Upstairs, the bedrooms and bath are designed with exquisite detail to make every guest feel special. From the matching bed canopies to the “Dream Nook”, guests will have a hard time choosing a favorite place to sleep. The Versailles chair and the oversized gold-framed mirror provide picture-perfect backdrops to record the special moments among friends. Even the upstairs bathroom screams for a photo as guests prepare for the festivities under the lighting of golden sconces above the hand-painted, porcelain sinks.

Relax and enjoy the serene nature and lush landscapes from the vintage garden benches to the fan-cooled gazebo, peace and relaxation is guaranteed. Benches purposefully situated by the pond allow for quiet reflection and an escape from the pressures of the day. The courtyard hosts multiple bistro-sets and vintage wicker furniture inviting guests to celebrate under cascading lights creating a cozy, outdoor party environment.

Greenhouse Celebration

Extend your celebration in the beautiful greenhouse able to host up to 50 guests. Before dusk, natural light streams in through the oversized windows flanking each side of the building.

When the natural light begins to fade, the two oversized chandeliers disperse the perfect amount of lighting to create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Equipped with a sound system, the venue is sure to provide the perfect mood-inspiring music throughout the evening.

Private Guest Suite

Additional privacy and serenity can be found in the guest house, connected to the main house by a covered lanai.

This suite sleeps four and includes a fully-functioning kitchen, dining area, and a tranquil living area decorated with a crystal-studded fireplace and a stunning picture-window overlooking the greenhouse. The private bath includes a hand-painted sink and newly tiled, walk-in shower.
